Bookmark ID

• What it does: Identifies the field bookmark in the template.
• How to use it: The bookmarks are added in the Microsoft Word template and when synced in the XML file, they display automatically.

Entity Field

• What it does: Identifies the table column.
• How to use it: Drag it from the Entity tab.

Rule ID

• What it does: Executes the rule and the displays the output in the correspondence template.
• How to use it: Enter the text.

Entity Method

• What it does: Executes the object method and displays the output in the correspondence template.
• How to use it: Select from the drop down.

Data Format

• What it does: Identifies the data format if the field is SSN, date, etc.
• How to use it: Select from the drop down.

Data Type

• What it does: Identifies whether the data is string, int, etc.
• How to use it: Populates automatically if you drag the field from the entity attributes.
