Word Correspondence, or communication, is a channel used to design and generate a variety of letter templates in Word (.docx) for your communication requirements such as welcome letters, acknowledgment letters, statements, etc. that can be sent to one or more parties. The Correspondence Template is designed in Microsoft Word and an HTML file is created for mapping the template bookmarks.
