With the Correspondence Service running, open the correspondence you want to configure, open the More menu, and click the Open Word Template icon.
Step 2. Update the template, then save the template.
Insert a visible rule bookmarks the way you'd insert any bookmark: Select the type (Visible Rule), enter the Bookmark Name, and click Add.
This visible rule bookmark displays one block of text if the value of OrderStatus is "ORDR" and another block of text if the value is not "ORDR".
Step 3. Synchronize the bookmarks.
This imports the new template bookmarks you just added.
Step 4. Map the non-rule bookmarks.

Step 5. Open the Visible Rule tab, then enter the Rule ID.
Select the desired Rule ID from the dropdown list.
Make sure the entity contains the expression you want to use in the Conditions section.
