Introduction
The Criteria section properties control how the section looks and behaves. If you want to change configuration from the default settings that Xelence automatically uses, open the panel properties and edit them.
Prerequisites
The form you are editing must already exist.

Detailed Steps
Step 1. Select the Criteria section.
Step 2. Open the Properties tab and update the section properties, if desired.
Open the section's Properties tab on the right panel. This enables you to edit custom properties for the section.
Lookup forms don't usually keep the default section name. You can directly change the caption by clicking the section header. The caption shows up in the title bar right away.
Step 3. Open the control properties and update them, if desired.
The important properties are:
- ID: Programmatic ID of the control field.
- Caption: Text that the user sees.
- Caption Style: Controls how the caption displays.
Step 4. Update the Typography properties, if desired.
In the Typography section, you can update the desired properties.
Alternatively, you can also make the formatting changes from the Rich Text Editor.
Step 5. Save the form.
Then, run the Preview. Xelence displays the form output. You can test your updated settings.
When you have previewed your form, it should look something like this:

This process is nearly identical. However, Style editor is added that gives various CSS style editing options to your Inline or Class for an element.
